📌材料:
蛋白粉egg white protein powder 120g
他他粉1/2 tsp
鹽1/2 tsp
阿洛同糖 36g
水 354ml
蛋黃粉 6g
📌做法:
1. 預熱焗爐 165度
2. 將蛋白粉,他他粉,鹽,阿洛同糖 攪拌
3. 加入水
4. 打發到大企身
5. 加入蛋黃粉或者全蛋粉 混合至均勻
6. 入模
7. 放入焗爐 165度 40分鐘
8. 放涼再切
